This policy explains how copyright holders can report alleged infringement on our site. It also outlines the process for users who believe their content was wrongly removed.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that content on milanosiautoproducedesign.com infringes upon your copyright, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include all the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. Please provide specific details, such as a URL or a clear description of the work.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. You must provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, typically a specific URL.
  • Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address (e.g., [email protected]).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Please send your complete DMCA Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent:

We review all valid notices promptly. Content found to be infringing will be removed or access will be disabled.

Counter-Notification Process

If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement notice, and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A counter-notification must be a written communication to our Designated Copyright Agent and include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Milanosi Auto Produce Design may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Please send your counter-notification to: [email protected].

We will forward your counter-notification to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action against you within ten business days of receiving the counter-notice, we may restore the removed material.
